Returns Policy:

At Redlaser we do our best to provide our customers with the best products at the best price. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us with your concerns so that we may assist you. However, if your purchase does not live up to the manufacturers claims, or if the purchase does not meet your current needs, please see the information below for our policy on exchanges or returns.

Please note that any installation or diagnostic charges incurred during the installation of a product will not be refunded should a product be returned- unless that product is confirmed to be defective.

Most products can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date if :

  • Accompanied by the original Redlaser invoice.
  • The product is in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
  • The product was not a sale item.
  • Was not a special order item.

Some products can be returned if opened (less a 20% restocking fee) within 30 days of the original purchase date if:

  • Accompanied by the original Redlaser invoice.
  • The product is in the original undamaged packaging with all manuals and contents.
  • The product was not a sale item.
  • Was not a special order item.

We will not accept returns or exchange on items without an invoice, not purchased at Redlaser, or any item after 30 days. We will not return or exchange any item that does not include the original undamaged packaging and contents nor will we return or exchange any of the following :

  • Opened packages containing software
  • Opened packages containing hard drives or memory
  • Opened packages containing processors
  • Gift cards (itunes, Google Play, Netflix, Playstation, Hulu etc..)
  • Cut cables / rolls
  • Opened consumables such as Toner, Ink and Batteries Cartridges
  • Items that are damaged, abused, or missing any of the contents as listed on the original packaging.
  • Items that have been tampered with or have had seals, screws or fasteners removed.
  • Items such as routers that have been flashed with non OEM firmware or firmware not intended for that model

Note about Payment:

Items paid by Credit Card will only be refunded to the same credit card. Items paid by check will be refunded by check. Items paid with cash will be refunded by cash, cheque, or electronic payment.

However, please note that we are constantly receiving new products and it takes time to add those products to the website. if you do not see an item that you are looking for, please contact us at 296-6400, we might just have it!  We try very hard to ensure that we provide the residents of Bermuda with fair prices on good quality, name brand products. If you ever find the same product advertised in Bermuda for less, please do not hesitate to send us their website link or their advertisment and we will BEAT that advertised price.  Remember, island wide delivery is always free!  Unfortunately, we can not ship outside of Bermuda.
